Usage alimentaire:
2 cuillères à soupe dans un litre d'eau à boire dans la journée pour des jambes légères. Cure de 3 semaines maximum.
En cure détoxifiante : dans un litre d'eau, mettre une cuillère à soupe de chacun des 3 hydrolats suivants (soit 3 c.à.s au total): pistachier lentisque, romarin, baies de genévrier. A boire dans la journée.
